After Spring Break we will being our reading trifold projects.  Each student will choose a "just right" chapter book to read individually.  They will be working on comprehension questions and activities as they progress through their books.

Throughout this school year, students will enjoy many different reading experiences.  We will study different genres, examine story elements, work on comprehension skills, participate in literature circles, and explore particular authors' writing styles.  There will be opportunites for student choice in book selection and assigned readings.  Not only will all of these experiences increase reading skills, but they will also aim to foster the students' love of reading.  Please use the links on this page to have some fun with reading!
