Dear Parents,

 We have separated into math classes. For right now, your child is in my math class. He/She will need to bring a spiral notebook (unless he/she is in my class already and has one) to school which will stay in my classroom. Class assignments are not necessarily permanent. If you do have concerns, please talk to me about them. If you come to the back to school night math session I can discuss our class further in depth. Information about our current unit of study can be found on our school website in my classroom page (First grade, Mrs. Walter 1/2, Math). I try to keep it updated with the latest homework as well, but have not completely transitioned to this one with all of the great links for help and game sites. Homework will generally be four nights a week, due the next day and should take no longer than 10 minutes.
