Students in grades K – 3 shall enter building from the south playground at 9:01 (first bell). Students in grades 4 – 5 shall enter building from the north playground at 9:01 (first bell).

Parents are strongly encouraged to help younger students develop their independence by saying goodbye from the playground or car. If a parent needs to escort their child to the classroom, district policy requires all parents/visitors/guests to enter front lobby and follow sign-in procedures before proceeding in the building.

Playgrounds, school crosswalks and access points (car pick up area and bus lane) are supervised from 8:46 to 9:01 (first bell).

Students not going to the Mountain Lion Club shall meet parents outside the school building. Parents are strongly encouraged to establish clear pick up routines and locations. All changes to this routine should be communicated prior to arrival and should not become the responsibility of the office staff.
