Mrs. Beatriz Albrook

Hola, my name is Beatriz Albrook. In 1992, I graduated and worked as an attorney at law in Mexico. I married my husband and moved to Colorado almost 20 years ago. When I had little ones of my own, I decided to go back to school and take courses for a foundation in a career in Early Child Education. This is my 8th year teaching Preschool at Sandburg. I currently teach the Caterpillar and Butterfly classes. I have been working with Preschoolers for almost 13 years now. I also teach the Spanish enrichment program here at Sandburg.   I have two children of my own that attend Littleton Public Schools. I strongly believe that empowering and challenging children is essential to their lives without leaving the fun out.

Mrs. Stacie Brooks

Hello, my name is Stacie Brooks. This is my first year here at Sandburg Preschool and I am so thrilled to be a part of this team! I will be teaching in the Caterpillar classroom in the morning, and joining the Busy Bees in the afternoon. I have my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Metro State in Speech, Language, and Hearing Science. I recently just completed my Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teacher Licensure program at the University of Phoenix. I have been working as an early childhood educator for the past six years. My husband and I have been members of the community for the past seven years. My son is five and a half and we are so excited he will be starting Kindergarten in LPS this year! I am passionate about early childhood education. I believe early education is a child’s most powerful resource for undeviating success. My educational philosophy can be perfectly summed up in the following quote by Angela Schwindt: “While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about!”
